In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "mega38" or "Platform" refers to the mega38.vin website, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services operated under the mega38 brand.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the mega38 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access the services offered by the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a Member's account at any given time, excluding bonus amounts that have not yet met the rollover requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other incentives granted by mega38 to Members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by mega38 before any withdrawal is processed, ensuring account security and regulatory compliance.
• "Rollover" refers to the minimum wagering requirement that a Member must fulfil before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash balance.
• "Service" refers to all games, sports betting, Live Casino, Slots, and any other features provided by the Platform.

Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the section content. Singular nouns also include the plural and vice versa, unless the context requires otherwise.

Use of the mega38 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy all these requirements:

• You are registering and using the account in your own name, and not on behalf of any other person.
• You have never been suspended or banned from using the mega38 Platform or any related platform previously.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The registration process requires you to provide valid personal information, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and bank account details. All this information is required for identity verification and financial transaction processing purposes.

Mega38 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. mega38's decision regarding registration eligibility is final.

Each Member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mega38 Platform at any one time. Owning more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation of these terms.

Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account, including any financial transactions and wagering activity. mega38 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access if the Member fails to take reasonable security precautions.

• Use a strong and unique password for your mega38 account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for additional security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on public or shared devices.
• Contact the mega38 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM5, or the actual account balance if lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Members will be notified via their registered email before this fee is applied.

Mega38 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, digital wallets, and other local payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. If your deposit has not been received after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Members who have completed full KYC verification will receive withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals will be credited directly to the bank account registered under the same Member's name.

• The recipient bank account name must match the name registered on your mega38 account.
• Mega38 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts for security and compliance reasons.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional verification and a longer processing period.
• Any taxes or fees charged by the recipient bank are solely the Member's responsibility.

Mega38 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward member loyalty. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement (wagering multiplier) that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion type unless otherwise stated.
• Mega38 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit promotions unfairly.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another Member or directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the rollover requirement.

Using automated software, bots, or any technical method to exploit promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

All games offered on the mega38 Platform have specific rules accessible on the relevant game page. The general rules that apply to all games are as follows:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by a third-party body. Results are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical issue causing a game interruption will be resolved based on mega38's server records, which shall be considered the definitive reference.

All mega38 Members are required to conduct themselves respectfully, responsibly, and in compliance with all established rules. The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination:

• Using offensive language, threats, or harassment toward other Members or mega38 support staff.
• Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Making false claims or defamatory statements about mega38 on any public platform.

Mega38 takes the protection of Members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are subject to Privacy Policy mega38, which forms part of this agreement.

By registering, you agree that mega38 may use your information to:

• Managing your account and delivering requested services.
• Processing financial transactions and verifying identity (KYC).
• Sending account-related communications, promotions, and service updates.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Detecting and preventing fraud and unauthorized activities.

Mega38 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Your data is stored securely using high-level encryption and is accessible only by authorised personnel.

The mega38 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mega38 strives to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or free from interruptions or technical errors.

Mega38 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mega38's control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Third-party content that may be accessed through the Platform.

Mega38 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Members will be notified of material changes via:

• Notices on the mega38 Platform homepage.
• Email to the Member's registered email address.
• In-app notifications on the mega38 mobile app.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
